The Dominion Bible Institute (DLI) is a school of the Spirit and of Ministry offered by Dr. Dutton and the Dominion Network with church leadership and marketplace leaders from around the globe sharing via LIVE STREAM and onsite at the campus of New Harvest Church in Forest City, NC. This new out of the box training tool is disigned to develop gifts and callings on individuals for the advancement of the Kingdom. With an emphasis on Present Truth, the Gospel of the Kingdom and Apostolic & Prophetic ministry; DBI is sure to be the catalyst fothe new generation of innovative pioneers of Kingdom thought and empowerment. It is the goal of this school to position and propel the student for the next level of ministry.
